MEET OUR TEAM

MATT O'BRIEN

CHAIRMAN

Matt O’Brien came to Professional Fence in 2022. Prior to PFC, Matt founded and grew SRQ TRANSPORT from 2 trucks and 2 employees to 13 trucks and over 20 employees in a few short years.  The business was sold in 2021. Today, his focus is on the future of PFC for both the personnel & growth strategies. 

Matt & his wife Jackie are residents of Oldham County with their 2 young children. They enjoy traveling, entertaining friends & family, and all things University of Louisville sports.  

CHRIS OSMER

PRESIDENT

Chris has been with PFC since 2001 where he began working summers through high school/college. He has been involved in all aspects of the business from labor to project management to leadership and more. Chris has led 3 of our AFA Award-winning projects.

Chris enjoys experiencing life with his wife & 2 children and serving in the Men’s Ministry at his church. 

CHAD FOX

VP OF OPERATIONS

Chad has been with PFC since 2019 and brings a vast knowledge of fencing and construction through decades of experience. Chad’s leadership within our organization is pivotal to our success as he leads the installation and execution side of PFC. Chad co-led 2 AFA Pro-Award winning projects.

Chad enjoys his family, horse pulls, and the Ohio State Buckeyes. 

DALE POWELL

VP OF SALES

Dale joined PFC in 1998 by leading our organization in sales & project management. His thorough and respected leadership in our business has led to firm trust amongst contractors and facility purchasing managers throughout Kentuckiana. He sold and project managed 2 of PFC’s 4 AFA awards. 

Dale enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and watching his grandson’s play basketball.

MICHAEL VEAL

PROJECT MANAGER

Mike joined PFC in 2011 as an installer and quickly moved into rose to be a Superintendent. In that role, Mike led our 2018 AFA award-winning project at Churchill Downs amongst many more successful projects. With fence experience and a prior sales background, Mike assumed the PM role in 2022.

Mike enjoys time with his wife, cutting up with his 3 kids, cooking for family & friends, and serving & worshipping at his church.

We provide top-of-the-line installation of industrial, commercial, construction, and temporary fence products throughout Greater Louisville including chain link, ornamental, wood, PVC, and gates. We have completed every size project ranging from small installations & repairs to large commercial projects.

  • PFC is certified by the state of Kentucky for fence installation. We are a fully-insured contractor and our work is guaranteed.

  • Professional Fence Co. is fully insured. We take safety seriously. That includes safety for our crews, the people on your job site, and those that interact with our finished product. Our employees are routinely drug tested and subjected to background checks.

  • Before we begin any project, we have all public utilities on the property marked. This is a free service. The public utilities vary from county to county, city to city, and state to state. If you are in Louisville, for example, public utilities include LG&E, Insight/Time Warner, AT&T, Louisville Water Company, and MSD. Any private utilities or underground lines are the responsibility of the customer to locate. Private utilities include, but are not limited to, electric lines to detached buildings, drainage systems, sprinkler systems, or underground electric fence.

  • Yes! Our team works year-round on all types of projects.

  • We do not install electric dog fence. We provide a full line of above ground fencing solutions that not only keep your children and pets contained, but also create a barrier for other animals to get into your property. Physical fences add beauty to your property without the flight risk in the event of a power outage.
